Box breathing (also called square breathing or 4-4-4-4 breathing) is a research-validated relaxation technique: breathe in for 4 seconds, hold for 4 seconds, breathe out for 4 seconds, hold empty for 4 seconds. It's used by healthcare professionals, athletes, and executives worldwide to reduce stress and improve focus.

How long is a session?

The default session is about 60 seconds (4 complete breathing cycles). You can customize the number of cycles and timing to fit your practice.

Is the beta free?

Yes. The beta is completely free to join via TestFlight. Just enter your email above and you'll receive an invite link.

What data do you collect?
